Festive Workouts are a Treat!

Festive workout routines can be fun too!


If your plan is to have an amazing Thanksgiving & eat too much Turkey & indulge in more than one piece of Pumpkin Pie then I've got the best festive workout lined up for you!


1. Sleigh Sweepers!

Lie on your back, holding a bar static bar overhead, swing your legs like a pendulum so you tries reach the edge of the bar & slowly lower your legs back down. (x20)


2. Peppermint Twists!

Stand strong, hold a weight out at arm length from chest & rotate torso 90 degrees left, come back to the middle & followed by 90 degrees right & then back to the middle. (x20)


3. Naughty or Nice Planks!

Hold a plank position for 1 minute, rest for 15 seconds & then re-hold for 30 seconds.


4. Jelly Belly Blasters!

Lie on your back, legs flat to the floor, slowly roll into a sit-up & slowly back down. (x20)
