The biggest mistakes people make, I’ll be really honest, is not taking the time for themselves. Carving out that 30 minutes to an hour a day means that you’re gonna have to put something else on the back burner, right?
And if you’re a parent or a spouse or you’re taking care of other people, it’s hard to find that time to pour into you. If you do, you feel like you should be doing something else that’s more important but really people need to pour that ‘something more important’ into themselves.
Take the time to do that so that you can pour into other people who need it too. Take care of you and then you can ignite success into other people.
As a wife, mother of two, and business owner I understand the balance and discipline it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle all while balancing life’s competing priorities. In my experience, when YOU make your health a priority the people you are pouring into will notice and learn to do the same.
